Hello, and welcome! I'm Susan Bender, the CEO of NRI.

In 1986, when I began working at NRI, things were pretty basic. For example, we had folding chairs and card tables for office furniture! Now, after over twenty years of providing corporate relocation services, we've come a long way from those humble beginnings.

NRI began with only a few services. As our client list grew and their needs changed, so did NRI. We've expanded and upgraded our service offerings, moved from labor-intensive paper systems to online databases that provide information in the blink of an eye, and added new resources to meet the growing needs of our clients. And, of course, we now have more comfortable office furniture.

But one thing has never changed - our commitment to serving each of our clients with a personal touch unmatched in the relocation business.

Because at NRI, we never forget that relocation is a business of people.

In an industry where there is often too much emphasis on numbers and forms, it's this focus on people that sets NRI apart. And it's a difference that I noticed when I began working at NRI all those years ago.
